How to Start a Return or Exchange?
If you need to return or exchange an item, just contact us first to get a return authorization. We accept returns and exchanges within 3 days of delivery, as long as the items are new and unused.
When Can I Get a Refund or Exchange?
We offer refunds or exchanges only if the product is damaged or not working properly. If that’s the case, we’ll be happy to help.
Returns & Exchanges Process
Returning an item is easy! Contact us, send us a video showing the defective or damaged product, and we’ll verify it and provide return authorization. Please note that returns are only accepted for items bought directly from our website. The item must be unused and in its original packaging. For exchanges, just place a new order for the item you want and contact us with your previous order number—we’ll handle the rest.
Refunds:
When Will I See My Refund?
Once we receive your returned item, it takes 3-5 business days for the refund to show up in your account. If it’s been more than 5 days and you haven’t seen the refund, feel free to reach out to us at crystalandjewels0@gmail.com.
Invalid Reasons
Change of Mind
We can’t accept returns if you simply change your mind after placing the order. Please make sure you really want the item before you buy it. Once you place an order, it’s a legal agreement to purchase.
